Location: Essex



Salary: Up to £55,000(experience dependant)



I'm working with a leading specialist in architectural metalwork who are looking for a talented Estimator to join their team in Essex.



This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking contractor delivering bespoke and high-quality metalwork packages across the region.



What You'll Be Doing



Preparing accurate cost estimates for architectural metalwork projects



Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirements



Liaising with clients, designers, and the commercial team to ensure competitive and profitable bids



Managing tender submissions and following up on enquiries



Identifying opportunities to add value and reduce risk in bids



What I'm Looking For



Proven experience as an Estimator within architectural metalwork (essential)

Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities
