Construction Manager

Job DescriptionJob Description

This position is for a construction manager or superintendent with a minimum of 2 years experience with managing, estimating, and overseeing remediation for restoration projects inclusive of water mitigation and structural rebuild.

Experience:

1. Must have a proven track record with managing both residential and commercial restoration projects.
2. Must posses clear and strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
3. Must have proven experience in construction supervision or management.
4. Mold mitigation and bio-hazard experience a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Must be proficient and current with Xactimate estimating software for insurance restoration projects.
2. Must be IICRC certified and have a strong understanding of water mitigation industry standards (minimum of 2 years).
3. Be able to communicate effectively with clients providing updates and addressing project needs.
4. Must be able to service the Hillsborough, Pinellas, Citrus, Pasco, Manatee and Polk counties. (Office is in downtown Tampa).
5. Mitigation work is 24/7 by nature; you should be prepared to respond to emergencies on occasional nights and weekends.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
7. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.
