Estimator / Senior Estimator

Location: Philadelphia, PA area

A leader in heavy civil construction, is seeking an Estimator / Senior Estimator for their Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office. This role focuses on bridge and structural projects and is part of our succession plan, offering excellent opportunities for growth into senior leadership.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing detailed cost estimates for bridges, structures, and heavy civil work.

- Reviewing plans, specifications, and proposals; assess risks and constructability.

- Building and maintaining subcontractor and supplier relationships.

- Supporting bid strategy, proposals, and presentations.

- Mentoring junior team members and contribute to estimating best practices.

Experience Requirements:

- 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil/structural work (10+ years for Senior Estimator level).

- Strong background with DOT and public infrastructure projects.

- Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS HeavyBid ).

- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
