Maaco Auto Body Estimator / Front Desk Sales –

What You’ll Do

• Write accurate, detailed estimates for auto body repair and paint services using CCC ONE estimating software.
• Coordinate with insurance partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs.
• Track repair progress and maintain clear communication with customers about status and delivery timelines.
• Order and manage parts, handle paperwork, and keep records accurate and organized.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a positive, professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with CCC ONE is required (estimating, claims processing, and shop management).
• At least 1–2 years of auto body estimating or related experience.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance claim workflows (DRP experience a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, reliable work ethic, and a positive attitude that adds value to the team.
