ESTIMATOR - FRAMING in Frederick

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $70K - 85K annually

Construction Framing Estimator must be competent with estimating high end residential and multifamily buildings. Must have over 5 years of experience as an Estimator, skilled in general trades (carpentry). Only persons with this experience will be considered.

Requirements

Manage bid schedules
Process bid invites
Review drawings, specifications and bid documents
Prepare summary for review
Material take off for estimate
Prepare submittals
Accurately identify all framing components, hardware, hangers hold downs etc.
Prepare proposals and SOVs
Significant math skills & intermediate Excel skills
Advanced knowledge of Plan Swift
Offsite visits to proposed sites and contractors
Positive attitude, detail oriented and highly organized
