Now Hiring: Shop Foreman / Field Foreman -Structural Steel

We are a growing structural steel company specializing in fabrication, erection, commercial, or residential projects . We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and building lasting relationships with clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager / Detailer / Estimator to join our team.!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage structural steel projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Prepare accurate project estimates, including materials, labor, and costs.

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, fabricators, and clients.

• Create detailed shop drawings and ensure accuracy in fabrication details.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Maintain organized project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in structural steel industry (detailing, estimating, or project management).

• Proficiency in steel detailing software (Tekla).

• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
