Estimator – Concrete Cutting & Coring

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in construction, concrete cutting, and coring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, estimating job costs, and preparing detailed project bids.
Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Prepare accurate take-offs and cost estimates for concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and related projects
• Work with project managers and field crews to ensure estimates align with project requirements
• Develop and submit proposals, bids, and budgets within deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in construction estimating, preferably with concrete cutting and coring
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, estimating software a plus)
Must be a nonsmoker
Must pass Drug test
