Estimator and Pre-construction Services Manager

• 3–5+ years estimating commercial renovation and/or pre-construction management (industrial/mechanical experience ).
• Proven experience with conceptual budgets, detailed takeoffs, negotiated work, and bid strategy.
• Knowledge of subcontractors, scopes, sequencing, and the Cleveland market.
• Strong in all forms of written, verbal, and in the room communication.
• Able to manage multiple pursuits and bids without dropping the ball.
• Experience with self-performed trades is a big plus.
