We have an immediate need for an Estimator!

The Automotive Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of repair work. This includes communicating with customers, managing repair schedules, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
  • Manage repair schedules and ensure timely completion of work
  • Review repair work and ensure the highest levels of quality control
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Monitor financial performance and develop plans to improve profitability
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in auto body repair and estimating
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials
  • Familiarity with estimating and repair software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
