Civil Estimator

Nelson Stark, a recognized leader in civil construction in the Cincinnati area, is growing and looking for a skilled Civil Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in earthwork and underground utility construction who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for a wide range of civil projects
• Analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements to develop competitive bids
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams
• Utilize Bluebeam and industry-standard estimating software to support bid development

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience estimating civil construction projects (earthwork and underground utilities required)
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and bidding/estimating software
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce comprehensive and accurate proposals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
