Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Bromley. This is a full-time, office-based position working on social housing and local authority projects, with a strong emphasis on pricing works against NHF Book Schedule of Rates (SoR) versions 7.2, 8 and beyond.



Key Requirements



* Proven experience in estimating/pricing social housing and local authority projects.



* Strong working knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SoR) frameworks.



* Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tenders/projects.



* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
