An excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Hull, known for delivering high-quality projects across the construction and manufacturing sectors. This business is built on a strong foundation of integrity, accountability, and a people-first approach, and is now looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to support its continued growth.

This Hull-based role is ideal for someone who combines technical estimating expertise with a genuine commitment to quality, compliance, and safety.



What’s Needed:

Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, fit-out, or refurbishment

Strong attention to detail with excellent commercial awareness

Confident working independently and collaboratively with project teams

Ability to interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications

A proactive and professional approach to delivering accurate costings Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects

Analyse tender documents and manage pricing submissions

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Support project planning, budgets, and risk management

Contribute to process improvements within the estimating function Package:

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience

Full-time, permanent position

Role is based in Hull – office-based with flexibility
