We're seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of multifamily, historic renovation, and urban infill developments.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for new construction and renovation projects
• Analyze plans, specs, and subcontractor bids
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams to align scope and pricing

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of estimating experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with estimating software and construction documents
