You will ideally come from a construction management or engineering background and have experience\n\n with delivering complex sales quotes effectively and efficiently. \n\nEstimator Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary\n24 days holiday + bank holidays\n Pension scheme\nFree on-site parking\nHybrid working\nTraining and development opportunities\nOther fantastic benefits \n\n  Estimator Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for calculating accurately the costing's of projects to enable the sales team to win and deliver projects on time and within budget\nChecking schedules of rates and approximating build costs\nAttend pre- budget meetings and site visits with setting costs\nResponsible for coordinating with the sales team on any new and upcoming projects \nReporting any concerns that may impact projected costs and time estimates\nOversee hand over from bid to execution with other teams and stakeholders within the business\nProvide and manage all relevant documentation including quotes, presentations and data \n\n Desirable Experience:\n\nDegree or sufficient experience in construction, civil engineering estimating\nCommercial awareness and good eye for detail\nExcellent organisational skills \nGood communication and negotiating skills\nFlexibility to accept and manage change \nExperience in commercial building projects and knowledge of construction methods and technologies\nFull UK Driving license  \n\n To apply, simply click the apply button.\n\n Application Process: We aim to respond to all applicants within 5 working days.
