What you'll do



Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations.

Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations.

Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options.

Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land.

Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy.



What you'll need



2+ years' construction estimating/quoting experience.

Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel.

Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through.

Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.

Able to commute to Swadlincote.
