Estimator

I am recruiting for an Estimator in Portsmouth working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. The company do everything from major work projects to small works and reactive maintenance, with a great company culture and is constantly growing!



Role and responsibilities:



* Working as part of the pre-construction team



* Reporting into the Estimating Manager



* Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates



* Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live



Requirements:



* Experience working for a main contractor



* Experience on commercial refueb projects



* Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager



* Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
