The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Estimator to play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and cost-effective estimates for their diverse projects, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and site managers to ensure project success. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in an estimating role within the home building industryProven track record of preparing and managing detailed cost estimates.Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and time lines.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in BuildXact (or a similar program).Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
