A unique opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to Intermediate level Estimator who would like to further their career a busy, progressive and growing construction business.



The business:



Our client is a highly successful Contractor, providing a full range of construction services for Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Residential clients including new builds, fit outs and full refurbishments.



Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work well into 2024 and beyond, they are now seeking to appoint an Estimator to join their friendly team based in the Rotherham area.



The Role:



You will work closely with company’s Senior Estimator, pricing tenders for schemes up to £10m in value.



Requirements:



* Minimum 3 years experience in an Estimating or joint Estimating/ Quantity Surveying role within a Contractor environment



* Team player



* Excellent communication skills
