Estimator - Steel Fabrication Permanent Bicester £38,000 - £55,000 + benefits Based in Bicester this Structural and Architectural Metalwork fabricator are able to offer a generous base salary for an Estimator to join their team. You will be joining a company who are rapidly expanding their team due to an increasing workload. Their team is 35 strong and they expect to grow to more than 50 over the next 6 months. As part of their plan to achieve this growth they are seeking a commercially aware estimator who has experience of working within the structural and architectural metalwork fabrication (If only one, full training will be offered) industry in the UK. The role will require a professional who is comfortable engaging with the client, developing relationships and actively seeking to secure work. You will be working with all aspects of the team to ensure that as a business you are winning the right work at the right price. You will be comfortable engaging with the fabricators and installers to ensure that the work is delivered effectively and profitably. You will be an estimator who has experience of working within the fabrication industry with good communication skills and a commercial approach to your work.
