Estimation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate cost estimates for large-scale infrastructure power transmission or construction projects. Review tender documents drawings and specifications to determine project scope and requirements. Develop BOQs material take-offs and cost breakdowns for civil electrical and MEP components. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for accurate pricing and technical clarifications. Work closely with project managers procurement and planning teams to finalise bid strategies. Analyse risks and identify cost-saving alternatives or value engineering options. Prepare and present cost summaries and tender submissions to senior management. Monitor post-tender clarifications and assist in contract negotiations when required. Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent. 8 10 years of UAE/GCC experience in estimation within Infrastructure Power Electrical or Construction Building industries. Strong knowledge of cost structures technical drawings and tendering procedures. Proficiency in estimation software (Candy CCS Excel AutoCAD). Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills. Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
