Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Estimating & Project Coordinator to manage the flow of projects from initial lead through estimating, proposal delivery, and handoff to operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move efficiently, deadlines are met, and opportunities are consistently followed up.
Key Responsibilities
• Intake and log all incoming leads
• Coordinate closely with estimating to ensure timely completion of proposals
• Track and manage estimating timelines and priorities
• Submit proposals to clients and manage all follow-up communication
• Coordinate revisions and updated proposals
• Maintain visibility on all active opportunities and next steps
• Ensure no delays or gaps in the pipeline
• Handoff awarded projects to operations and logistics with complete documentation
