We are seeking an experienced Estates Operations Manager to lead and inspire a team of estate management staff, delivering exceptional services across multi-tenure properties in line with best practice placemaking principles.

Key Responsibilities
- \n
- Lead estate management teams to deliver property management targets effectively and economically.
- Manage large service contracts and ensure receive a consistently high level of customer service.
- Oversee compliance with health & safety, fire risk assessments, and all regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders, monitoring performance against SLAs.
- Manage service charges, rents, and maintenance contracts in line with tenancy agreements.
- Handle complaints processes, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
- Prepare and deliver business reports and presentations to management teams.

Essential Requirements
- \n
- Level 4 in Leasehold Management (or equivalent) – candidates working towards this qualification will also be considered.
- Significant experience managing multi-tenure estates and service charges.
- Proven track record in developing and delivering large-scale estate management strategies.
- Strong team management experience, including property professionals and multi-skilled operatives.
- Excellent knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.
