A midsized, full-service firm in north Seattle is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to join their team.

The salary range for the role is 65-95k DOE plus additional bonus opportunities monthly. They provide medical, dental, vision and life insurance; have a 401k with company match, offer 2-3 weeks PTO plus additional sick time, court holidays paid and other great perks.

The role would support multiple attorneys. They goal their paralegals to meet 80 billable hours per month.

The ideal candidate for the role would have the following experience:

- 2+ YOE in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust matters in Washington state

- Prior experience shelling wills, trusts and estate planning documents, pleadings and probate litigation docs.

- Knowledge of time billing procedures and previous experience tracking billable time

- Familiar with King County and Snohomish County court procedures, deadlines and e-filing protocol

- Organized, collaborative and eager to work with a great team in a friendly environment
