Compensation:

$20 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing

Regardless of whether you're seeking a full-time role or the flexibility of a part-time work, you'll:

  • Draft and assemble comprehensive estate planning documents using the WealthCounsel platform, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure documents are accurate, customized, and aligned with client goals.
  • Proofread, format, and finalize documents for delivery to clients.
  • Manage multiple drafting projects, deadlines, and details with precision and accountability.
  • Meet with clients for signing appointments, serving as a witness and/or notary.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, systems, and processes as our firm grows.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience drafting estate planning documents strongly .
  • Familiarity with WealthCounsel (or similar estate planning drafting platforms) is a big plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance independence with collaboration - taking initiative while working well with others.
  • Dependable, accountable, and proud of producing high-quality work.
