What You’ll Bring:

• JD from an accredited law school
• State Bar admission and active good standing
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or trust and probate work
• Commitment to client education and compassionate representation
• Familiarity with special needs or Medicaid planning is a plus
• Must reside in the state where licensed and maintain an active private practice
