ERP Business Analyst - Food Manufacturer

*We are looking for candidates who have worked in manufacturing companies*
Responsibilities:
-Lead business process analysis and reengineering efforts across functional domains.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
-Design future-state business processes that align with ERP best practices and organizational goals.
-Work closely with ERP functional and technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in system design and configuration.
-Support testing activities (UAT, SIT) to validate process flows and system functionality.
-Monitor post-implementation performance and drive continuous process improvement.
-Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills:
-Strong knowledge of at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
-Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
-Excellent and effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate the tasks across various departments.
-Knowledge of meat packing and food industry.
-Basic computer skills.
