Position Summary:
The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our ERP systems. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to optimize business operations.
What you’ll do:

Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ERP system

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system

Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and needs
-
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ERP system enhancements
-
Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules or updates
-
Customize ERP solutions to meet business requirements, including configuring settings and developing custom reports
-
Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices
-
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
-
Ensure proper data migration, data entry, and data management within the ERP system
-
Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations
-
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
-
Work with IT to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
-
Other duties as assigned by manager
What we’re looking for:
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
-
2–3 years of experience working with business systems
-
Experience in business process analysis and improvement
-
Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
Skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
-
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications
-
Prior manufacturing experience
-
Certification in ERP systems or related fields
-
Experience with Warehouse Management and Production systems
-
Experience with pick/pack/ship operations
-
Knowledge of project management principles
