We are currently seeking a driven and professional Automotive Sales Representative with a focus on equity mining within our service department. The Equity Mining Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging existing service customers who may be in a favorable equity position to upgrade their vehicle. Through consistent outreach and in-person engagement, this role bridges the gap between service and sales, helping clients make informed, value-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 40–60 outbound phone calls daily to past and current service customers
- Approach and consult with customers waiting in the service department regarding upgrade opportunities
- Build trust through consultative, customer-first conversations
- Research vehicle equity positions and present tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed follow-up and relationship management with potential buyers
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in consultative sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Professional phone and interpersonal skills
- High comfort level with cold outreach and initiating new conversations
- Proven ability to follow up, build rapport, and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational skills and self-discipline in managing daily activities
