Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the Worchester, MA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Equipment Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Must be able to operate a variety of equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers
• Must be able to operate in a safe and controlled manner in close proximity to the ground crews, buildings, and other vehicles and equipment
• Support team members with projects on site
• Conduct daily inspections on equipment before operating to identify and report any issues
• Monitor the safety of the site and keep it free of unnecessary hazards

Responsibilities

• Have a strong mechanical understanding of the equipment
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Posses a valid drivers license
• Posses a Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License
• Posses a Valid DOT Health Physical Card
