POSITION SUMMARY

Tooperateequipmentsafelyandefficientlyasassigned,whilemeetingproductiongoalsandqualitystandardswhilementoringapprenticesandoperatortechs,whoareworkingwithyou,togrowintheirrolesandoperatingcapabilities

ESSENTIALDUTIES

• Safelyoperateequipment,withoutincidentwhilemaintainingdailyinspectionlogsaswellasdailypreventativemaintenancechecks
• Efficiently/effectivelyoperateequipmenttoincreaseengagementanddecreasedowntime,whileproperlycommunicatingwiththeprojectSupervisiononanyissuesthatareencounteredthroughouttheday
• Workhandinhandwithotherteammemberstoencouragetheirgrowthandtheoverallprogresstowardsthedaily,weekly,monthlyandoverallprojectgoals
• Understandhowtoutilizetheassignedtechnologytooperatemoreefficiently,reducecycletimesaswellasoverallgradingdurationsandinsureproperdrainageatalltimes
• CapableofunderstandingsoilandcompactionrequirementsandcommunicatingwiththeprojectSupervisionwhatisbeingexperiencedinthefieldrelatedtosoiltypes
• Performsallassignedtasks,responsibilities,andrelatedworkprocessesinthesafestpossiblemanner,alwaysensuringthatasafe,accident/incident-freeworkenvironmentismaintainedforallcoworkers,clients,suppliers,etc.atalltimes.

• Vocationalortechnicaltraining/workexperienceingrading/site
