We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to operate bulldozers and excavators on job sites. The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating heavy machinery and assisting with site preparation, grading, and material movement. This role requires attention to safety, the ability to follow project instructions, and the capability to work efficiently as part of a construction crew.

Overview Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers and excavators
• Perform grading, digging, and site preparation tasks
• Move materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris
• Follow safety procedures and job site regulations
• Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience operating bulldozers and excavators
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a construction environment
• Must be dependable and able to follow directions
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Construction or site work experience
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance
