**What will you do? **
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities across multiple shifts, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, facilities, and powered industrial vehicles (PIVs). The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians.
 - Plan and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
 - Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Distribution teams to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize machinery and equipment.
 - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
 - Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
 - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
 - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing principles.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 - 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
 - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
 - Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
