At Alliance Laundry Systems, we're on the hunt for an Equipment Installation Specialist who will become a pivotal player in ensuring client satisfaction through successful repair, installation, and maintenance of commercial laundry equipment.

Core Duties

• Expertly handle equipment repairs, setting the benchmark for superior service and safety compliance.
• Be the client’s go-to person for operational guidance following installations.
• Guaranteeing preventive maintenance through precise parts management.
• Providing detailed reports that clearly communicate work undertaken and accomplishments.
• Facilitate effective maintenance by engaging in equipment and parts disassembly.
• Oversee the seamless execution of parts order placement aligned with project timelines.
• Maintain impeccable record-keeping for vehicle inventory and related expenses.
• Readiness to travel for on-site installations and emergency repairs as per the Service Manager's direction.
• Proactively relay significant escalations to management and foster process improvement discussions.
• Adapt to a variety of responsibilities to support the team's operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Mandatory: High School diploma or equivalent certification
• : Experience of over 2 years in comparable sectors such as commercial equipment repair
• Imperative: Familiarity with single-phase electric power setup
• Advantageous: Experience in service dispatch systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
