We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Equipment Data Entry & Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to support our operations by maintaining accurate equipment records, managing fleet maintenance, and providing general administrative support.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter and maintain data for heavy equipment and fleet vehicles
· Electronically file serial numbers, registration tags, and related documentation
· Track and schedule oil changes and routine maintenance for vehicles and equipment
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance needs
· Reconcile invoices related to equipment services and repairs
· Answer incoming phone calls and route as needed
· Accept and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
· Provide administrative support to the operations and fleet management teams
Qualifications:
· Experience with data entry and digital recordkeeping
· Knowledge of fleet maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination
· Familiarity with invoice reconciliation processes
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
· Experience with fleet or maintenance software ( but not required)
