Position Summary
The Equipment and Inventory Coordinator oversees warehouse organization, maintenance, and operations. This role ensures that vehicles, equipment, cleaning products, and restoration materials are properly stored, tracked, and dispatched to crews in a timely manner. This position will maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and support field teams by ensuring they are equipped to respond to fire, water, and mold restoration jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operation of the warehouse, including vehicles, equipment, tools, and consumable inventory.

Ensure all equipment is cleaned, serviced, and ready for deployment after each job. Oversee preventative maintenance, light repairs, and general readiness for equipment and vehicles.

Track supplies and reorder stock to maintain optimal levels. Ensure supplies, safety gear (PPE), and consumables are in stock and accounted for.

Maintain accurate inventory logs, documentation and equipment/vehicle records.

Coordinate with project managers and crew chiefs to prepare equipment and materials for upcoming jobs.

Enforce safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.

Schedule and supervise warehouse assistants or technicians as needed.

Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining vehicle/equipment readiness.

Support compliance with operational guidelines and franchise procedures.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.

Previous experience in equipment maintenance or repair .

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Basic computer skills; ability to learn systems and software.

Leadership skills and ability to train/support team members.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
