EPOS Technical Support Engineer
High Wycombe
£27,000 to £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced EPOS Technical Support Engineer, to join a fabulous company in High Wycombe.
\n
This position is 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday, but may move to 4 days in the office and 1 weekend day from home.
\n
As the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Providing first line remote support to EPOS system users.
- Answering direct calls and enquiries from users.
- Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet user expectations.
- Escalate any complex problems to the software developers where necessary.
- Assisting the implementation manager with remote EPOS system implementation tasks such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment setup support.
- Remotely support new members through their FPOS installations.
- Provide initial system tour and training to new members.

This is a position which will grow as the client base grows, giving you he chance to become an integral part of what is current a small team but growing.

In order to be successful in your application for the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you should have:

- \n
- An EPOS or IT background
- Excellent Customer Skills
- Happy to potentially swap 1 week day, for a remote weekend support day. (It'll be fairly quiet at the weekend as the systems are robust and don't go down often)

Any retail experience would be useful - even if you've previously worked in a shop and understand EPOS from a user perspective.
