EPC Project Manager – Berlin or Bremen | Solar Construction

Location: Berlin or Bremen

Workload: Full-time (100%)

What You’ll Do

• Lead the construction of utility-scale photovoltaic projects, including grid connection infrastructure

• Coordinate project teams across engineering, site management, and subcontractors

• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and detailed schedules

• Ensure permits, insurances, and documentation are secured prior to execution

• Oversee on-site compliance, safety, and quality standards

• Track project budgets, validate invoices, and lead regular construction meetings

What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

• 5–7 years’ experience in construction project management, ideally in renewables

• Strong attention to detail, organizational talent, and problem-solving skills

• A proactive mindset and commitment to high standards of safety and quality

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Fluency in both German and English
