Our client is a global environmental services firm specializing in air quality, testing, and regulatory compliance.
We are seeking an Environment Project Manager to manage the technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary-source testing programs. The role includes client relationship management, project coordination, and on-site leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assess client goals and regulatory requirements, and develop proposals, test plans, and reports.

Lead emissions measurement services that help industrial clients verify compliance with EPA and state air permits.
- Conduct source emissions testing per EPA Methods, continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS) evaluations.
- Performance audits using advanced mobile labs and instrumentation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and client expectations.
- Oversee on-site testing, ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Required Skills

High school diploma or relevant degree.

5+ years of stack testing experience and QI credentials.

Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Proven experience managing client relationships and budgets.

Ability to travel up to 70% and work in outdoor industrial settings (climbing, lifting).

Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
