Youll work hands-on in homes addressing mold, moisture, and air quality issues using industry standards (ANSI/IICRC S520/ACAC), modern equipment, and environmentally responsible solutions.

What Youll Do
- Perform mold remediation and indoor air quality services following ANSI/IICRC S520/ACAC standards
- Set up containment, negative air, and HEPA air scrubbing correctlyevery time
- Safely remove affected building materials when required
- Perform detailed cleaning, disinfection, and probiotic applications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Communicate clearly with team leads and document work performed
- Represent Green Home Solutions professionally inside customers homes and businesses
What Were Looking For
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Comfort working in basements, crawlspaces, and attics
- Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols consistently
- Respectful communicator with customers and teammates
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Experience in construction, remediation, restoration, HVAC, or environmental services is a plusbut not required. We train the right people.
