Fairway View Senior Communities seeks someone to join our Environmental Services team. As an EVS technician, you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout our beautiful campus. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing throughout our campus, guest rooms, restrooms and other areas, waste management, floor cleaning, and adhering to safety and infection control regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Ability to bend, climb ladder, perform repetitive tasks and occasionally lift up to 75lbs.
• Previous cleaning experience but not required.

Hours and shifts available:

• 32-40 hours per week evening position, typically 1:30pm-10pm

Cross-Training Opportunities:
Candidates will be cross-trained in laundry and have the ability to pick up additional hours
