Position Overview:
The Environmental Service Supervisor will manage a team of staff members to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across assigned areas. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily operations of environmental service staff.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate team members to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Collaborate with management and staff to address operational needs and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental services or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-related software.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
