Remediation People, Process, Systems and Reporting Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development, sustainment, and improvement of the tools, processes and people that guide our remediation program. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding the program's strategic direction associated with process, systems, reporting, fostering collaboration, skills development, knowledge sharing, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a resource that supports all process and program initiatives

Dotted line reporting relationship to all remediation project leads and input into their performance reviews as they support program initiatives.

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve program goals and objectives associated with system optimization, FMEAs, Safety and Health Audits, Financial Assurance, remediation policy and ensure consistency cross the program

Oversee the creation and implementation of staff development plans, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles, including training on tools, data analytics and technical skills

Build and lead a team of resources that leverage 1LMX systems and tools that support the remediation program and program-level reporting to effectively communicate the value to Sr. Leadership

Oversee the management and budget development of the RTO contractor and interface with contractor leadership and supporting functions

Lead the development of guidance for IT security and explore opportunities to leverage AI and other IT technologies that leverage existing data to support procurement, risk mitigation, and cost estimating

Coordinate with project leads to ensure effective ESH reporting and compliance

Collaborate with other remediation leaders to leverage internal expertise and best practices

Leadership Expectations:

Develop and implement a consistent staff development plan that offers compliance and developmental training

Build and lead teams of resources to develop and sustain policies and procedures that support the remediation program

Oversee the development of system requirements, data, and reporting for the program, including interactions with IT support groups and requirements development

Explore opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging tools

Coordinate with program leads to ensure effective ESH reporting and compliance

Travel Requirements:

10% travel required

Work Schedule Information:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term , Long-Term , 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
