Environmental Project Manager – Environmental Consulting & Remediation
We are hiring for multiple locations. Must be able to commute to one of the following offices:

Location: Cleveland, Ohio | Full-Time | Environmental Consulting & Remediation
Location: Madison Heights, MI | Full-Time | Environmental Consulting & Remediation
EnviroTrac LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to oversee environmental remediation, site assessments, and regulatory compliance projects throughout Ohio and the Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in environmental consulting to manage high-profile projects for diverse clients in oil & gas, government, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership – Manage environmental projects from site investigation through remediation and regulatory closure.
• Technical Execution – Oversee groundwater modeling, fate-and-transport analysis, multi-media sampling, feasibility studies, remediation system design, installation, and operations & maintenance (O&M).
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to Ohio BUSTR, DERR, VAP programs and Michigan EGLE Parts 201 & 213 regulations.
• Emergency Response Management – Lead response to environmental incidents and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate impact.
• Team & Subcontractor Management – Supervise and mentor field staff, direct subcontractors, and perform QA/QC reviews.
• Client Relationship Management – Maintain and expand client relationships; identify new project opportunities; assist in proposal development.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Experience – 7–10+ years in environmental project management within consulting or remediation.
• Technical Knowledge – Proficiency in environmental site assessments, remediation technologies, hydrogeology, compliance auditing.
• Certifications – OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (required), FEMA ICS training, CPR certification, valid driver’s license.
• Other Requirements – Ability to travel for field work and participate in on-call emergency response rotation.
