Responsibilities:
Support the management of the regional consultant responsible for the delivery of the environmental clearance documents
Assist with the development/management of scope, schedule, and budget for the delivery of the project section
Coordinate tasks between interdisciplinary teams
Support coordination with local jurisdictions, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies
6+ years of experience in managing the delivery of environmental documents, analyses, and reports
Experience with major federal/state funded transportation projects
Knowledge of various phases and functional responsibility of rail/transportation project development and delivery, federal and state contracting laws/regulations
Knowledge of various phases of NEPA and CEQA processes to achieve Record of Decision and Notice of Determination for major infrastructure projects
Knowledge of superfund sites, environmental justice (disadvantaged communities), and water management/reclamation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
