Health & Safety Specialist – Manufacturing
Bryant, IN | $60,000 – $80,000 | First Shift | ✅ Direct-Hire + Full Benefits + Bonus

We are seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in the Bryant, IN area. This position is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, great benefits, bonus eligibility, and long-term stability. The Health & Safety Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, leading safety training, and building a strong safety culture throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate workplace safety programs and compliance initiatives.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver engaging employee safety training.
• Track, analyze, and report on safety performance and trends.
• Oversee safety equipment procurement and renewals.
• Partner with leadership and production teams to drive a proactive safety culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field (Bachelor’s ).
• Experience in EHS or safety roles, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety programs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
