R&L Spring Company, a trusted and growing manufacturer in Lake Geneva, is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and elevate our EHS program. What You’ll Do:
- Champion a proactive safety culture in partnership with leadership and employees
- Lead EHS strategy, compliance, and training efforts across the facility
- Conduct inspections, audits, Gemba walks, and risk assessments to identify and address safety hazards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop practical and sustainable safety improvements
- Manage EHS documentation, compliance reporting, and workers’ compensation cases
- Stay up to date with OSHA, EPA, and ANSI regulations and implement best practices
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field
- OSHA or similar EHS certification strongly
- 3–5 years of experience in EHS leadership, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with safety data sheets, job hazard analysis, and PPE assessments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; workers’ compensation experience is a plus
