We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer/Geologist to lead complex environmental site assessment and remediation projects. This role involves technical leadership, project management, regulatory compliance, and client engagement. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of environmental site assessments.

• Develop and implement remediation strategies including in-situ chemical injections, soil vapor extraction, and air sparging.

• Design and oversee vapor mitigation systems such as vapor barriers and sub-slab depressurization systems.

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful and on-budget delivery.

• Prepare and review remedial action plans, technical reports, and regulatory submittals in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering professional development and technical growth.

• Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic engagement.
