Job Title: Environmental Engineer

Are you a seasoned Environmental Engineer with a passion for geoscience and a proven ability to create impactful environmental reports?

Selectek has partnered with a growing environmental engineering firm in the Lawrenceville area to find a talented Environmental Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting and analyzing geological data and creating detailed reports for the Environmental Protection Division.

About the Role:

Data Analysis & Reporting: You will conduct and analyze geological data, creating comprehensive reports for the Environmental Protection Division.

Geoscience Research: You will apply your expertise in scientific research, data collection, and analysis within geoscience.

Client & Regulatory Interaction: You will interact with clients and regulators, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance.

Environmental Remediation: You will utilize your experience with HSRA, VRP, Brownfield, Underground Storage Tanks, and groundwater modeling.

Field Activities: You will develop sampling plans and oversee field activities.

Who You Are:

Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or Environmental Engineering.

Experienced Engineer: You have 5+ years of experience in environmental engineering.

Technical Expert: You possess strong experience in scientific research, data collection, and analysis within geoscience.

Regulatory Knowledge: You are experienced with HSRA, VRP, Brownfield, Underground Storage Tanks, and groundwater modeling.

A Strong Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills:

Experience in scientific research, data collection, and analysis within geoscience.

Ability to create detailed environmental reports.

Experience interacting with clients and regulators.

Experience with HSRA, VRP, Brownfield, Underground Storage Tanks, and groundwater modeling.

Ability to develop sampling plans and oversee field activities.

Additional Info:

Term: This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity.

Pay Range: $37.46 - $57.69 depending on prior experience.
