Environmental Due Diligence Lead\nLondon\n£70,000 to £95,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits\nAre you an experienced environmental professional looking to step into a senior-level role focused on remediation and environmental due diligence across a global portfolio?\nIf the answer is yes, this opportunity could be an ideal next step. I am currently partnering with a global technology and logistics specialist to recruit for an Environmental Due Diligence Lead working across a diverse range of remediation projects.\nThe key responsibilities of the Environmental Due Diligence Lead will include:\n * Lead on remediation and environmental due diligence activities across a large and diverse client portfolio.\n * Scope, review, and lead on Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments.\n * Review and interpret vapour intrusion screenings and health risk assessments to ensure environmental safety and compliance.\n * Oversee the development of remediation strategies and mitigation plans for contaminated soil, groundwater, and building materials.\nThe successful Environmental Due Diligence Lead will have:\n * A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering or a qualification in a related discipline.\n * Proven experience delivering remediation and contaminated land projects, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\n * Extensive knowledge of environmental due diligence, Phase 1 and 2 assessments, alongside vapour intrusion screenings.\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to specialise in remediation and due diligence for a leading global logistics specialist.
