Position Summary
\n
The Environmental Coordinator is responsible for supporting environmental compliance, regulatory reporting, and sustainability initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote continuous improvement.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Essential Responsibilities

- Support environmental compliance programs and regulatory reporting.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring activities.
- Assist with waste management, recycling, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
- Maintain environmental records, permits, and training documentation.
- Conduct employee training in English and Spanish.
- Investigate environmental concerns and support corrective actions.
- Assist during regulatory inspections and agency audits.
- Promote sustainability and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, EHS, or a related field .
- 1+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing or industrial operations .
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
